Uncle Smartypants
Earlier this week my brother, Jonathan, was tapped into the National Honor Society at Vestavia Hills High School. Ryan gave him the nickname Uncle Smartypants and I thought it was great so I had to make it my entry title! We are so proud of Jonathan and all his accomplishments. He is a very well rounded kid. He is very social, is involved in all sorts of activities, has an adorable girlfriend and still makes great grades. I'm posting a few pictures from the tapping ceremony. He will be finishing up his Junior year in a few weeks and then my little brother will be a SENIOR!!

Happy Easter!!
We had a wonderful Easter and loved sharing it with Anna Leigh. We had a busy day which started off with an inspirational and encouraging service at our church. Then we went to Ryan's parents for lunch with their extended family, and then to my parents house with my Wolbach and Hallmark family to eat again! Anna Leigh did so good considering we were gone all day long. Here are a few pictures from our exciting weekend!
Saturday morning we hosted an Easter egg hunt for our neighborhood. We have so many young families that live in our neighborhood and we feel so blessed that Anna Leigh has so many friends! We woke up to rain and we weren't sure if the hunt would have to be cancelled. The rain stopped at 10, when the hunt was to start, so it was a success! Unfortunately I didn't get any pictures. I was running around being a hostess and checking on Anna Leigh so I totally forgot my camera!

Here we are at the Dawson Egg Hunt last weekend. It was a beautiful day, but a little cool so we had to bundle up. We had a great time and enjoyed visiting with our friends. Next year Anna Leigh will be hunting eggs and ridding the ponys!

Camporee
I'm rewinding time a little bit and blogging about the Camporee which was the third weekend in February. For over 30 years my Dad has been the Camporee chairman for the Boy Scouts in the Birmingham area. It's a huge task and he does a fabulous job! This year it was at Tannehill State Park and there were over 800 boys, adults and parents that participated! The Wolbach family is very involved in putting on the event and serve as part of the staff. I was thrilled for Anna Leigh to go to her first Camporee!! We had beautiful weather...Sunny and 60 with is amazing for February!!

Love this one
My cousin Mackenzie got to meet Anna Leigh for the first time. Mackeznie was in a serious bus accident on the day we brought Anna Leigh home from the hospital. The bus was hit by a drunk driver at 11 AM on I-85 in Atlanta and shut the whole interstate down for 3 hours. She was in critical condition for several weeks, had several surgeries and lots of physical therapy. It was a very scary time for all of us. She has recovered wonderfully and quicky and has even started to walk again! So many answered prayers. We love you Mackenzie!!
